I’ve been taking this for the last 10 yrs. I have diverticulosis and polyps so I have relied on this product to give me the much of the greens that I otherwise might not be able to tolerate in their natural form. Taken regularly I have eliminated bouts of constipation, gas and sluggish peristalsis (motility in intestines). Started with Supreme greens and went to Ultimate greens when I no longer could get the former. It makes that big of a difference in my overall health and wouldn’t be without it. . Now several of my family members buying it and are impressed with the results and I tell anyone willing to listen what a difference it makes in my overall health.

definitly saw an increase in energy. Don’t expect this to be a magic diet pill or give you energy like a rockstar, monster, red bull or coffee, but does get you back to normal. I was feeling drained all day before I took these and now I feel like my energy level is back to normal

Absolutely do give me the extra energy needed to push through my endless to do lists! I take the 3 capsules in the morning with my breakfast and don’t even bother to do the extra 3 in the evening most the time. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a more natural approach than another awful energy drink
